FOUNDER

Mr. Garnett is a seasoned operations leader with over 30+ years’ experience across a variety of industries including Restaurants, Legal Services and Information Technologies (IT) with success in delivering operations management, business results and enterprise growth.  Mr. Garnett’s background includes operating restaurants, interfacing with the public on a wide variety of projects and in several capacities, including, but not limited to strategic and organizational resource planning, internal review procedures, personnel sourcing, macro and micro-operations oversight, customer service, recruitment and staffing, vendor relations and sales and marketing optimization.

Mr. Garnett’s passion for the food and beverage industry began when he was teenager. His first foray into the business was working for McDonald’s and Ponderosa Steakhouse. Later, he became a software engineer and had the opportunity to work for several Fortune 500 companies, such as GE, Unisys and Verizon, that gave him further insight into business operations. He also gained international business experience working in Brazil, China, and Mexico, and even completed part of his education at Nankai University College of Law in Tianjin City, China.

Mr. Garnett’s career has  now  come  full  circle  as  he  is  fully  immersed  in  the  food  and beverage industry through his operations in airports at Tampa (TPA), St. Pete- Clearwater (PIE), Sarasota Bradenton (SRQ) and coming soon to Orlando (MCO).  In 2022, Mr. Garnett signed  the largest  area  developer  commitment  in Florida  with  YUM brands  to develop  the newest  member  of their  portfolio,  Habit  & Burger & Grill.

Mr. Garnett’s passion for excellence in hospitality is found in the company’s motto of “Your Experience is our Legacy” and why he established the 4 WE’s (We Care, We Listen, We Innovate and We Deliver) as the Core Principals of the company.
