Mr. Garnett is a seasoned operations leader with over 25 years’ experience across a variety of industries including Restaurants, Legal Services and Information Technologies (IT) with success in delivering operations management, business results and enterprise growth.

His passion for hospitality began when he was a teenager working for McDonald’s and Ponderosa Steakhouse. That passion has continued to grow over his 25+ years of experience and is found in the company’s motto of “Your Experience is our Legacy” and why he established the 4 W’s (We Care, We Listen, We Innovate and We Deliver) as the Core Principals of the company.
